For Cigar Shipments:
All cigar orders will be shipped with Adult Signature Required. Shipping costs are included in the price of the cigars unless otherwise noted.
For Non-Tobacco Merchandise (e.g., hats, apparel):
We ship via USPS Flat Rate unless another method is requested.
Expedited Shipping:
If you need expedited delivery (UPS Next Day, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select), additional charges will apply. Please contact us directly before ordering.
Damage or Loss:
All items leave our facility in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, notify us immediately. Retain all original packaging for claims. We will handle the UPS claim and ship a replacement as soon as possible.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
Orders are processed during regular business hours and typically ship the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays or during holiday weekends may ship the following Tuesday, as our shipping department is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
ORDER CHANGES
Online orders cannot be modified once submitted. However, if you contact us immediately after placing your order, we will do our best to make changes before your order ships.
